We offer the most precise and clean application of rhinestones, studs and thermoadhesive materials, on any type of material. We are equipped for the customisation, creation and sale of rhinestone papers.
HIGH FREQUENCY
High frequency processing allows us to create fantastic effects on materials, give them volume, numerous graphic effects, create logos and writing in relief with different shapes and textures, labels, patches, patches, tabs and personalized decorative elements . We combine high frequency with digital printing, screen printing and other particular processes.
LASER AND COLOR
We use laser machine to cut and engrave leather. It is a very precise tool and allows you to work on small and large details.
Upon request we apply color on cuts and engravings, which can be shaded, opaque, glossy or even Pantone.
EMBROIDERY
Thanks to our thirty years of experience we are able to provide a complete service to our customers, from punching to actual embroidery. We create traditional embroidery, patches, sequin applications, beads, cords, sponge stitch, carpet stitch and register embroidery with drilling.
We have the most advanced and innovative multi-head machinery on the market such as Tajima, Barudan and SinSim, capable of producing elaborate embroidery on any type of material.
SPRAY COLOR
We have three industrial painting robots, which allow us to create any effect on all types of leather.
With this technology we are able to guarantee homogeneity on all pieces of large-scale production.
WEAVING
From drawing to weaving.
We observe the design drawings and create ad hoc plots. We work the weaves down to the smallest detail, guaranteeing homogeneity in the final shape.
SILICONE AND TPU ACCESSORIES
Thanks to its performance characteristics we use silicone and TPU to create a wide range of accessories, each with unique and customizable characteristics.
